Returns Policy for Made-to-Order Jewellery, Strung on Elastic

Thank you for your purchase! We take great pride in the fact that all our beaded jewellery is hand made to order and want you to be completely satisfied. Please read our returns policy carefully:

1. Custom Orders: Due to the personalised  nature of our made-to-order jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error in production.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective or does not match your order, please contact us at info@candybeads.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your jewellery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair.

3. Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Breakages: If your bracelet breaks (of natural causes- ie not caught on something) within six months of purchase, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

If your bracelet breaks after six months of purchase, you can send the beads back to us for re-stringing. For designs strung on elastic, this costs £10, plus postage back to you. (For personalised beaded jewellery not strung on elastic, costs may vary - please email us at info@candybeads.co.uk for more information).

Candy Luxe Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your item, but if for any reason you are not then you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Due to small amounts of stock for these items, an exchange is dependant on availability. Please contact info@candybeads.co.uk for further information on how to proceed with your return. You must notify us prior to the designs being returned.

To ensure that you are eligible for a refund please check the following:

– Please contact us within 14 days of your receiving them
– You have proof of purchase (i.e your original invoice number)
– Items must be in perfect condition and there must be no evidence of wear
– Items must be returned in all of their original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns should they not meet eligibility criteria set above. Returns received outside the Returns Policy period will be accepted at the discretion of Candy Beads.
