Returns & Repairs Policy

Thank you so much for your purchase. As all of our beaded jewellery is handmade to order, we take great pride in every piece we create and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Made-to-Order Jewellery

Due to the personalised nature of our made-to-order jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • the item is defective, or

  • an error was made during production.

If you receive an item that is faulty or does not match your order, please contact us at info@candybeads.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your jewellery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

All returned items must be:

  • in their original condition,

  • unworn, and

  • returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear or damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Repairs & Breakages

If your bracelet breaks due to natural wear (and not from being caught or damaged) within 6 months of purchase, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

If your bracelet breaks after 6 months, you may return the beads to us for restringing.

  • Elastic designs: £10–£15 depending on the design, plus return postage.

  • Personalised jewellery not strung on elastic: costs may vary.

Please email info@candybeads.co.uk for repair enquiries before sending your item back to us.

Non Made-to-Order Items

For eligible non personalised items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability and the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is provided (such as your order number or invoice)

  • Items are returned unworn and in perfect condition

  • Original packaging is included

Please contact info@candybeads.co.uk before returning any items so we can advise you on the next steps.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
